As the main contractor, we undertake all phases of the project: from the design of the scope and search for funding, to the presentation of bids, contract negotiation, execution, to the further operational and maintenance.

We group suppliers, manufacturers, O&M, engineering, logistics, installation and assembly firms, coordinate the implementation of contracts, and arrange for technical and financial guarantees, to ensure the success and sustainability of the project

CONCESSIONS

The main areas of our activities are energy generation. Through the development of conventional and renewable energy plants, under project finance.

We coordinate the feasibility studies, permits and licenses; we handle the negotiation of the concession contracts, the structuring of the financial package, and the proper coordination of all the necessary concession permits to achieve financial close.

PROJECT DESIGN AND FINANCE STRUCTURING

Comprehensive advisory and consultancy solutions to private entities and government institutions, tailored to the specific needs of the following projects: feasibility and market studies, advice on standard and legislation advisory, drawing up of terms of reference and preparation of tender specifications, evaluation and selection of tenders, structuring of the funding.
